Martina Stein, Chief Executive Officer since 2008, has led the representation of Deutsche Grundstücksauktionen in Leipzig since 1992 and this branch of Sächsische Grundstücksauktionen AG since 2000. Michael Plettner, member of the Executive Board, has worked on behalf of Deutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG since 1989 and was publicly ordered and sworn-in as a property auctioneer according to § 34 b of the Industrial Code in May 2006. Katja Pflugbeil, authorised signatory, has been with the Dresden headquarters since 2003.

About four weeks prior to every auction, we post our catalogue free of charge to our 80,000 clients in the Federal Republic and in Europe as well as in countries outside of Europe. Large-scale regional and international advertising and our Internet presence add to this. Dynamics inherent to auctions have the effect that real estate put up for auction sale achieved prices which exceeded the expectations of its owners by far. Our individual auction days are visited by 300 - 400 bidders and interested parties.
We also want to emphasise that we are entirely independent, which means that we do not belong to any bank, insurance or building society or conduct any broker's business. It is understood that our consultation services prior to the auction are without commitment from your side and free of charge.
